December 5, 2016, Maggie De Block, Minister of Social Affairs and Health, announced the 24 selected pilot projects with health apps and mobile devices. The projects will start early next year and will run for six months. All selected projects can be found here.

- “mHartslag” on Heart Failure Management @ Home with following partners: Philips Healthcare, AZ Sint-Jan Brugge, Thuiszorg CM, UZ Antwerpen, Jessa Ziekenhuis in Hasselt, Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg in Genk and the GP organisations.
- “PreMom: Prenatal Remote Monitoring for High-Risk Pregnancies” with following partners: Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg, Jessa Ziekenhuis, Sint-Franciskus Ziekenhuis, Heilig Hart Mol, Ziekenhuis Maas en Kempen, Sint-Trudo, AZ Vesalius en Qompium.
- “POTUS” on primary and secondary Prevention of strOke by deTection of atrial fibrillation Using the Smartphone application FibriCheck with following partners: Qompium, AZ Delta, Jan Yperman Ziekenhuis, Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg, Wit-Gele Kruis Antwerpen en AZ SintMaarten.
