On November 7th, 2018, Roche Diagnostics, together with BlueHealth Innovation, organized a Research Grant Competition for researchers in the domain of digital diagnostics. The Mobile Health Unit was invited to present the digital “FitBeat” project during a 15-minute jury pitch.
FitBeat uses innovative remote monitoring technologies to develop an index based on intelligent algorithms. The broadened spectrum of possible vital signs features, combined with the ease of interpretation and the non-invasive character of this new index, will facilitate accurate remote monitoring of cardiac patients in order to improve medical care.
