‘Cardiac telerehabilitation: a novel, cost-efficient care delivery strategy in secondary prevention for ischemic heart disease?’
Ines’ hard work of the past 4 years culminated into a successful PhD with the supervision of Prof. Dr. Paul Dendale and Prof. Dr. Emiline Van Craenebroeck. Her focus was on improving the secondary prevention of patients suffering from ischemic heart disease by investigating the role of telerehabilitation and eHealth based care. The telerehabilitation approach consisted of telemonitoring of the patient’s physiological data, telecoaching, e-learning and social interaction. Ines published in significant clinical paper to discuss her findings.
Congrats Ines and good luck with the next chapter in your life!
